What we collect When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery or shipping address. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our site. How we use it We use your information only to take and fulfill your order, confirm whether your address qualifies for local delivery, arrange shipping, send order and tracking updates, and answer support requests. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Who we share it with We share only what is needed to complete your order: our payment processor for payment, our shipping partner and the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for delivery, and our email provider for order messages. How long we keep it and your choices Order records are kept for accounting and customer service. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete your account information at any time by emailing support@blacklovefragrance.net. We only send order-related email unless you ask to hear about new releases.

These terms apply to every order placed with Black Love Fragrance, operated by Black Love Global LLC. Our fragrances Every fragrance we sell is our own pure fragrance essence. Designer names and trademarks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. Black Love Fragrance is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those brands. Brand names are used only to describe the scent profile a customer is looking for. Orders Placing an order and receiving a confirmation does not mean the order is final. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable, an address cannot be verified, or a payment appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order, you are refunded in full. Prices All prices are in US dollars and may change before an order is confirmed. The total shown at checkout, including any shipping or delivery charge, is the amount you pay. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

You can choose local delivery or shipping at checkout. Local delivery Local delivery is available for addresses confirmed within 18 miles of our San Bernardino, California fulfillment location. Local delivery orders have a $50 minimum. Delivery is $9.99 for orders under $150 and free for orders of $150 or more. Eligibility and timing are confirmed during checkout, and local customers may also text 909-363-6714 with an order number. Shipping We ship anywhere in the United States through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Live carrier rates for your address and package are shown before you pay. Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days, and a tracking number is emailed to you once the package is handed to the carrier. Addresses Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not able to recover packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Opened bottles Because fragrance essences are personal care products, opened or used bottles cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened bottles Unopened bottles in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders If something arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, email support@blacklovefragrance.net within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full. Refunds Approved refunds go back to the card used for the order and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
